Apollotek includes a 12 month return to  factory warranty with all delivered products.

The Apollotek GDSmate Software package is also supported for 12 months.

Post Warranty support is also provided by Apollotek. This can be in the form of a Service Contract tailored to the Customers requirements or as a Repair Order placed with Apollotek.

If you have an Apollotek product which requires returning to us, please contact support@apollotek.co.uk with brief details of the problem and to request an RMA number. By return we will provide shipping instructions and an estimated time to repair.
